New Mama Meet Ups are FREE get togethers. Meet us for a (free) stroller walk at one of our favorite local spots (see schedule for location details). One of our FIT4MOM team members will be there to lead the way. Please be sure to enroll so we know to expect you and feel free to tell a friend or two! The more the merrier.
New Mama Meet Ups are perfect for current members, moms/grandmas/nannies joining us for the first time, and especially newly postpartum moms who are still waiting to be cleared for exercise and not quite ready for a Stroller Strides or Stroller Barre class.
